Jack Mason

Jack is a professional MMA fighter who fights in the welterweight division (77kg/170lbs) at Cage Warriors Fighting Championship and holds a pro record of 28 wins with 13 losses.

He has shared the cage with some of the best fighters in the world such as Dream welterweight champion Marius Zaromskis, UFC star John Hathaway, Bellator-vet Norman Paraisy and TUF Smashes' Benny Alloway, among others.

Jack is currently ranked at number 7 in the UK and Irish Rankings, number 36 in the European and number 155 in the world rankings.

He has been training in MMA for almost 10 years and has held the CFC middleweight championship, the Shock N Awe welterweight title and is a mainstay on the biggest promotion in Europe; Cage Warriors Fighting Championship, fighting all over the world.

Jack is a qualified level 2 MMA instructor under the world recognised Shooters MMA Organisation. The Shooters Organisation has produced world class fighters such as the UFC's Martin Kampmaan and Alexander Gustaffson.

Sean Carter

Sean is a professional dancer turned MMA fighter who fights in the lightweight division (70kg/155lbs) at Cage Warriors Fighting Championship and holds a pro record of 9 wins and 1 loss.

He began his pro career at UCMMA and later moved on to Europes premier organisation; Cage Warriors, where he has amassed a 5-1 record having fought for the World Title.

He originally took up MMA wanting to lose a few pounds, but his love for the sport grew rapidly.

Sean is currenly ranked 24th in the UK and Ireland, 56 in Europe and 284 in the World.



Arnold Allen

Arnold Allen is a professional fighter in the featherweight division (66kg/145lbs) at Cage Warriors Fighting Championship, holding a record of 8 wins and 1 loss.

He quickly burst onto the scene, making his pro debut at the age of 18 when he executed the spectacular KO of fellow up and comer, Nathan Greyson on UCMMA.

Now fighting for Cage Warriors, Arnold is ranked at 24 in the UK and Ireland, 77 in Europe and 394 in the World.

Stuart Barlegs

Stuart has had over 30 professional fights in England and Thailand and has been in the sport for over 10 years.

He has lived and trained in Thailand many times, fighting out of many different camps.

One of the highlights of his career to date is fighting in the ToyotaMarathon Cup in 2012, which is an 8 man tournament which brings together some of the best fighters in the world. 

Stu is the head coach of Muay Thai at BKK.



Arran Burton

A professional fighter with 28 pro fights under his belt, Arran has been in the sport for over 10 years.

He has lived in Thailand for 2 years and trained out of the world famous Jitti Gym Bangkok.

Having had many international fights, he has also taken part in 'Prison Fight', a promotion where foreigners go inside Thailand's infamous prisons and fight with inmates.

Adding to his achievements, Arran has fought in the Rajadamnern Stadium which is every thai boxers dream, as well as fighting with bound fists on the border of Laos.

He is the current British Muay Thai champion.




Lee Catling

Lee started training at the age of 8 in the art of Tang Soo Do under Master Loke. After 4 years training Lee started to train in Wing Chun Kung Fu becoming an instructor for the UKWCKFA.

Needing competion Lee turned to boxing winning two titles; the Essex Novice and an ABA title.

Lee started training in judo in 1992 gaining his Black belt from Roy Meader in 2000. It was just after this Lee went to a seminar ran by Braulio Estima and become hooked on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Training under Braulio, Lee has become a Black Belt and head instructor of Gracie Barra Essex. Lee now teaches full time passing his knowledge to others.



Steve Wright

Steve has been competing in BJJ under Lee Catling since 2007 and was awarded his purple belt by Braulio Estima in April 2011.

Steve has competed in a number of BJJ championships, including The Gracie Invitational at Seni and the IBJJF European Open in Portugal.

Steve has a very effective teaching style and takes pride in being able to teach both complete beginners and the more experienced, by breaking techniques down into intricate details.

Steve’s BJJ classes are relaxed but at the same time they incorporate good hard training. (Pictured left)


Michael Brookes

Michael Started his wrestling Career at a young age having grown up with uncles who were all part of the famous Wolverhampton Wrestling Club, Michael had also grown up around the asian contact sport of Kabaddi which he had played some matches in his younger years.

After abandoning wrestling and pursuing other things Michael, whilst living and working in france discovered the Russian grappling art of Sambo, for which his wrestling helped him excel to compete at regional level for PACA (Marseille-Aix en provence area).

Upon returning to the UK he returned to the Wolverhampton wrestling club and competed in a few small British Wrestling competitons and even had 3 amateur MMA fights on the LFC promotion ran by UTC stafford,

Michael had become an assistant coach to Wolverhampton Head coach Ranj Singh and helped train MMA fighters at Birminghams famous UTC and helped train the UFC fighter Vaughan Lee, Leon Edwards, bellator fighter Fabian Edwards and very very briefly the UFC's Tom Breese, Michael has also assisted in small amounts to other pro and amateur fighters camps and is a very keen advocate for developing athletes to their full potential.

Now based at BKK fighters Michael has set up the Colchester Wrestling Club which is BKK's, Colchester's and Essex' only affiliated Wrestling club with a UKCC accredited coach.



Russell Smith

Former amateur boxer who fell into boxing training by accident. Now a professional boxing trainer who has worked with the likes of Tom Glover (Pro Southern Area Welterweight Champion & British Masters Lightweight Champion), Matt Lewis and was Lee Purdy's first pro trainer. He is currently working with pro's Joe (The Hit Man) Hurn, Shane Steward, Alan Ratibb, John Wheatley, Tommy Jacobs, Tom McGinley, Marcus Poston & Connor Vian. Has also trained top MMA fighters Jack Marshman (Cage Warriors World Champion, recently signed to the UFC) and UFC's Arnold (Almighty) Allen in boxing. He is currently training MMA fighters Sean Carter, Wendy McKenna, Cory McKenna and Matt Hughes.

Mark Marshman

Mark is originally from Abertillery, South Wales and has been training for many years since he was 19.

He holds a boxing record of 3-0 and an amateur MMA record of 5-4.

He now is turning professional with ambitions of making a name for himself.





Cory McKenna

Cory is a British and English Muay Thai champion as well as British and UK BJJ champion and runner up in the GI and No Gi respectively.

She is 15 years old and puts the adults to shame with her dedication to combat sports. 

She competes in boxing, muay thai, BJJ (Gi and No Gi) as well as MMA fights.
